This week, in Class 4, we have been learning how to subtract fractions from whole amounts and find fractions of a given quantity. We have worked really hard in maths this week to grasp this concept. In English, we have been gathering lots of ideas using noun phrases to describe how a house hold object could work in an imaginary way and also we have been learning how to use fronted adverbials. In science, we had great discussions about the different types of skeletons and then had a go at drawing animals’ skeletons. In RE, we explored the differences between Islam and Christianity and we pulled on prior learning to help us in this lesson. During our art lesson, we finished sketching our school building and then ended the lesson with a focus on giving critical feedback to our partners. Overall, a fantastic week full of learning. Well done Class 4!
