This week, in Class 4, we have been continuing on with our learning about decimals and recognising hundredths on a place value grid. In English, we invented our very own monsters which we will use in our independent story writing. As well as this, we really enjoyed drawing our stories out using the method ‘Talk for Writing’. In PSHE, we practically learnt how to treat stings and bites. We also had the pleasure of going on a trip to Tatton Park with Year 3 where we were immersed in the life of an Anglo-Saxon. It was a brilliant day! In guided reading, we have been reading more of our book ‘Monster Slayer’ and picking apart the tricky vocabulary and expressing its meaning. A very busy, exciting week we’ve had. Well done Class 4!
