Autumn 1 - Week 1

We have had an excellent first week back in Class 5! All of us are eager and ready to go (including Mr Davies) for the academic year ahead.

This week, we have been participating in many activities that involve transitioning into year 6 and preparing us for this year.

We have created our own postcards that explain what we have done over the summer holidays. Also we have designed our own team kit and badge for Mr Davies’ times table competition - Tables Tables - which we are all so excited to start.

In PE, we have been discussing how to be health, both by exercising and making the right food choices. We played a game where each cone represented a different food. For each health item collected, we had to run 1 shuttle but for unhealthy options we had to run 4. 
 

We have settled really well into year 6 and we are all excited to start next week.
