Class 4 - Spring 1 - Week 4

In Class 4 this week, the year 5 pupils have been working with fractions including adding, subtracting and multiplying. Year 6s have been learning about algebra. In English, we have completed our big writes based on the story holes. We have been rewriting the story from a different characters perspective.

In Art, we have been drawing trees with charcoal and forest scenes. We have been using the illusion of light cast on an object through shading. During our PE lessons this week, we have been completing balances in gymnastics and dance; year 5s have been working with Stoke City to become leaders of sport.
