Year 1 had a great start to the week when bikeability coming in to help them learn how to ride a bike. The children started off on balance bikes but were quickly moved on to proper bikes as the instructors were so impressed with their progress. Have a look on the school photo gallery to see the fun they had! In Maths, Year 2 have continued their work on weight, having a go at measuring in gs. They have also looked at capacity, having a go at measuring in millilitres. In Art, we have started a unit on clay. We got to feel the clay, had a go at moulding it and looked at how water affected it. We can’t wait to start modelling with it next week!
