It has been a week of preparing for our play in Class 4. We have been practising lots ready for our performance in front of parents next week. On Thursday, we had our dress rehearsal to the rest of the school which went really well.
Year 5s have been converting measurements in maths like imperial to metric and then using this to problem solve. In history, we have been learning more about the Mayans and finding out about the different jobs people had back then. During our art lesson, we have looked at Vincent Van Gogh and his ‘Starry Night’ piece of artwork. We have been trying to create our own pieces in a similar style.
