What a fantastic final week of term it's been in Class 3! In English, we've been busy planning, writing and proofreading our exciting disaster stories, focusing on entertaining our readers one paragraph at a time. In Maths, we've been telling the time to the nearest minute on both analogue and digital clocks – please do keep practising this at home over the break. Our Science lessons were incredibly hands-on as we explored different types of rocks. We worked in groups to act out the rock cycle and then even used Starbursts to create edible igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks by melting, layering, and heating them! Overall, it's been a truly brilliant week. Year 4, remember to keep practising for the MTC when you return. Have a wonderful two-week break everyone!
