What an incredible, fun, and reflective end to the school year we have had in Class 3 this week! We kicked things off in Maths by finishing our statistics topic on two-way tables and line graphs, before moving on to some brilliant arithmetic revision that covered column addition, missing number problems, short division, partitioning, and fractions. In English, the children neatly wrote up their final stories inspired by 'A Stone for Sascha' to take home to their parents, which served as a wonderful celebration of just how much their writing has progressed over the year, while our fast finishers also crafted imaginative tales using a mysterious picture prompt. Our PSHE lessons focused on the vital topics of inclusion and keeping our bodies healthy, which we put into practice on Friday during a fantastic house basketball tournament for our official class reward. Finally, it was a week of beautiful reflections as the children lit up the church during our end of year service with their bright, positive memories, and we wrapped up the celebrations by hosting a 'memory museum' in Class 3, where student tour guides proudly showed parents around creative freeze-frame exhibits linked to our absolute favorite moments from the year.
