What a week!
Year 6 and I enjoyed a wonderful, scorching trip to Borth. A description and many photos of this is available in our gallery and certainly worth a look.
Meanwhile, Year 5 continued with our maths curriculum, created artwork and rehearsed our part in the End of Year Service that took place on Thursday morning.
On Friday, in science, we created our own wind powered lifting devices using a propeller mechanism. When we tested them there was mixed success but one particular group absolutely smashed it! We also wrote letters to our future selves to be opened on our 18th birthdays. This included our hopes and aspirations for the future and how we feel at this moment. In the afternoon, we completely cleared the classroom for the next year and organised all our belongings to be taken home.
Have a lovely weekend and stay safe. Congratulations to all of Year 6 for their well deserved SATs results.
