Class 3 had a fantastic day of outdoor learning at the Howard School. We took part in a variety of activities that challenged us to work together and communicate effectively. First, we embarked on a thrilling maths quest! Working in pairs, we solved tricky addition and subtraction problems. With each correct answer, we received a secret letter. Once we had solved all the puzzles, we had to unscramble the letters to reveal a mathematical word: anticlockwise. Next, we took a leisurely stroll to the beautiful Walled Gardens. Armed with our bingo cards, we searched high and low for various plants and objects. We even explored the sensory garden, searching for giant objects hidden among the greenery. To celebrate the beautiful autumn season, we gathered colourful leaves and crafted stunning leaf wreaths. After a delicious packed lunch, we joined the friendly Howard School children for a creative art activity. We used a variety of mediums, including crayons, oil pastels, and chalk, to represent the Holy Trinity. It was a truly wonderful day and we're so proud of how well Class 3 worked together and embraced the learning opportunities. Well done, everyone!
