On Monday 23rd October, the whole school took part in school history day. As it is Black History Month, we followed the theme of 'Celebrating Our Sisters'. Each teacher focused upon a different inspirational black woman from history, The children moved around the classes during the day, to experience the different inspirational women. These women were: Mary Seacole, Shirley Bassey, Rosa Parkes and Tessa Sanderson.
