Image of Spring 1 - Week 6

This week we have continued looking at our Animalium book, and have done some of our own research, in preparation for our big write next week.

A fractions theme continues in maths, some of us are finding it tricky but we are all persevering and we are not giving up. We will continue to work with fractions and aim to grow in confidence as time goes on.

We have been learning different weather expressions in our French lessons recently and have learnt about the different climates in France. We each chose a French city to base our weather reports on and became weather reporters for the lesson.

In gymnastics this week we put our trust in our friends with a series of partner balances which we hope to  incorporate into our routines next week.

In music we have been practising our songs from the Manchester Camerata workshop and are really looking forward to the performance in a few weeks.

Our moudly bred experiment in science has not produced as much mould as we hoped so we will continue this for an additional week in the hopes of some significant mould growth over the weekend.

All in all, a varied but enjoyable week.
