Autumn Term 2 - Week 4

We’ve had another busy week in Class 3! In Maths, Year 3 have been learning how to use arrays to help understand multiplication sentences and to identify multiples of 2. Year 4 have been multiplying 3 numbers and dividing numbers by 1 and itself. During our English lessons, we have started a new topic learning how to write a diary entry using the book ‘Around the World in 80 Days’. On Tuesday, we recreated a steam train journey and imagined that we were setting off on an adventure as Phileas Fogg and Jean Passepartout. In Geography, we have been using the atlas’ to locate continents, countries and other geographical features. A great week, well done Class 3!
