We have had an exciting week in Class 4. On Wednesday, we had musicians from The Manchester Camerata come in to work with us. We wrote a song based on the book Matilda. It was an absolutely, fantastic experience and everyone had chance to input on the lyrics and melody of the song. We will be performing it at Cannock Theatre in March. Another exciting experience we started this week was Richard Crosse Racing. We have begun building our Green Power cars and we have started designing the bodywork to fit them.
In maths, year 5s have been using short division and year 6s have been learning about ratio. In Geography, we have been learning about renewable energy sources and have researched the different ways we may power our houses in the future.
