Spring term 1, Week 3

This week, in English, we finally got to the end of The Way Back Home. We were very excited by the ending and have started to come up with ideas for our own stories. We have drawn a story map and acted out our ideas too! In Maths, Year 2 have been looking at multiplying and dividing by 2, 5 and 10 and representing the calculations in different ways. Year 1 have continued their work on place value to 20. In History, we have learnt more about Neil Armstrong and the two others he went into space with. We were very excited by the snow on Wednesday morning but disappointed that it didn’t last very long. Another busy week in Class 2!
