Spring Term 1 - Week 6

This week, in Class 3, we have been writing information texts about Roman Soldiers. Our focus has been to include subordinate clauses, possessive apostrophes and to write consistently in past tense. In Maths, Year 4 have been finding the perimeter of rectilinear shapes and polygons. Year 3 have been adding and subtracting lengths. We have really enjoyed starting our Art topic learning how to use pastels. During our art lessons, we learnt how to smudge oil pastels and also use the dotting method to create a seascape. In PE, we practised our balances and jumps using the benches.  Well done Class 3, you’ve had a great week!
