This week, in Class 3, we have written persuasive leaflets to encourage holiday goers to visit the fabulous Formentera. We worked hard to include persuasive language, rhetorical questions, paragraphs, subheadings and even quotes. In Maths, Year 3 have been identifying and comparing a range of angles such as right angles, acute and obtuse. Year 4 have moved onto the topic ‘statistics’ and have been interpreting charts and line graphs. We had a special visit from the HSBC team to talk to us about making wise choices when it comes to spending money. In Geography, we explored the difference between human and physical features within the UK and discussed how land use has changed over time. We had an interesting debate about whether it would be a good idea to build a supermarket in Kings Bromley (there were some very strong opinions which were backed up with great reasons). Overall another great week, well done Class 3!
