summer Term 2- Class 2- Week 5

This week has been a whirlwind of a week! We have continued our work in History on famous queens. We had lots of fun trying to create a family tree of the current royal family. We also had a go at making a timeline of events from the Tudor, Victorian and Elizabethan periods. It reached all the way down the corridor! Wednesday was our transition day. We got to work in the classes that we will be in, in September. We were a little bit nervous to start with but had a great day in the end. On Wednesday evening four children from our class took part in the first KS1 MAT spelling Bee. We didn’t win but had lots of fun taking part!
