Summer Term 2 - Week 7

This week, in Class 3, we have been designing and making mini greenhouses. We explored the most suitable materials and shapes for our structure.  Then once we had planned our greenhouses, we started to build. We used saws and bench hooks to create the structure. At first, some groups struggled but it was great to see them work together, communicate and problem solve. In Maths, Year 3 have been recognising and describing 3D shapes. We also made 3D shapes using tooth pics and Blu Tack. Year 4 have been interpreting data using line graphs. Overall, a busy but exciting week
