Autumn Term 2- Week 4- Class 2

This week in Class 2, we've been busy bees! In English, we enjoyed watching the classic film, The Snowman, and were inspired to rewrite parts of the story in our own words. We used exciting vocabulary to bring the story to life. Buddy Bee, our trusty travel bug, has jetted off to Asia this week in Geography. He visited China and learned about its fascinating culture. We had a fantastic time making dragon crafts to celebrate a Chinese festival. In Maths, we've been exploring the world of shapes! We can now identify 2D and 3D shapes, count their sides, and their vertices. We're also getting ready to shine on stage! We've been busy rehearsing our lines and songs for the Nativity play. We can't wait to wear our costumes next week for the dress rehearsal. What a busy week! We're looking forward to seeing what next week brings.
