The end of our Spring term is upon us and it has been wonderful to finish our learning and reflect on all the opportunities we have enjoyed.
This week we have begun learning about equivalent fractions and decimals. In English, we have edited, redrafted and published our incredible non-chronological reports based on Monsterology; we are very proud of the variety of punctuation and subject-specific language used throughout.
We completed our end of unit assessments in RE and Science, and led a tremendous church service for Easter. On Friday, we carried out a very successful bake sale to raise funds for Green Power next term.
In French, the children learnt rooms and objects / furniture in a house along with prepositions to say where these items are in a room and adjectives to describe them. I was really impressed with the detail and accuracy of the children’s written work.
