Summer Term 1 - Week 3

This week, Class 3 have been busy bees, diving into the world of fractions by sharing amounts using bar models, counters and even base ten equipment for those trickier numbers! In English, we celebrated finishing our storybook, "Flood," showcasing our fantastic use of rich vocabulary and accurate punctuation – get ready for our own disaster stories next week! Science saw us turn into mini geologists, comparing rock properties to chocolate bars before getting up close and personal with microscopes to classify different rock types. To top it all off, we had a brilliant time in PE playing rounders, with everyone showing great improvement in their catching and batting skills. Well done, Class 3, for a super week of learning and fun!
