Class 1 autumn 1 week 8

Today was spirituality day. The children used our cheeky monsters to help them talk about colour and mood. They enjoyed making mood masks this morning. 
Next, the children sat around lit Diwali candles. They told us what brings light into their life’s like walking in nature, sitting with their family by the fire or playing with their siblings. Lastly, they listened to a story entitled ‘Where does God live?’ The children sang songs and listened to music.

Also this week, the children have continued to explore pattern, weaving, making spiral patterns and printing patterns with apples and potatoes.

The children are ready for a rest! We wish you all a lovely half term break. We look forward to welcoming you back after the break.
