Welcome back!
We have had an exciting week learning about Bonfire Night. We looked into the history and discussed how to keep ourselves safe.
The children have enjoyed exploring 2D and 3D shapes in maths and have made rockets and fireworks using a variety of different construction materials.
The reception children have written a sentence about bonfires and rockets.
During the afternoons the children have enjoyed listening to the Christmas story as we begin our learning journey taking us up to the special event.
In PE, we had a lot of fun using the 4 seasons to help us keep fit. We continued practising throwing and catching.
