Spring 2 Week 3

Miss Derry has been very proud of us this week as we have been able to log on and off the computers by ourselves. We have also played a coding game, moving a turtle around the screen to get to different places. This has been lots of fun! In English, we came to the end of our Vlad and the Great Fire of London story. Year one have been practising their sentences by retelling the story and Year two have created their own adventures for Vlad and Boxton. In History, we have learnt about the difference in London now and London in 1666 and how the jobs were very different from jobs nowadays too. Some of the jobs that people used to do really made us laugh! We have loved coming to school in something red for Red Nose Day and helping to raise money for the charity too.
