Class 1 autumn 2 2023

This week Class 1 have been getting into the festive spirit!

The children enjoyed listening to the Snowman and Reception wrote a sentence to describe him.

The children used 2D shapes to make a snowman and some children designed their own snowman.

We have learnt about freezing and melting and talked about why we have less hours of daylight in winter.

The reception children made Christingle candles and we all discussed their meaning.

We are looking forward to doing lots of Christmas craft next week and we will continue to practise our nativity play.
