Class 1 autumn 2 Week 1 2024

It has been lovely to see the children after their half term holiday.

We have had such a busy week celebrating Bonfire Night and then learning about the Hindu festival of Diwali. 
We hope to meet our new friends from The Howard later in the academic year at our next forest day.

The children have enjoyed doing lots of craft activities such as making firework and bonfire pictures, rangoli and mehndi patterns.

They have enjoyed listening and acting out the story of Rama and Sita.

Tomorrow the children will do some Bangra dancing!

Next week we will move on to learning about hibernating animals.
