Class 4 Week 1 Spring 1

Happy New Year!

With great diligence, it did not take long for Class 4 to get back underway and engaging in lessons. We finished our fractions topic and have begun perfecting our long multiplication. In English, we started our new topic based around the impact humans are having on our atmosphere. This has included researching fossil fuels, debates displying oracy and writing balanced arguments. 

In the afternoons, we have begun our RE topic on the Kingdom of God which arrives at the end of the New Testement. Showing great eye for detail, we developed our shading in Art by drawing a rose from a picture. In PE, we have taken to indoor (warmer) sports such as dance and gymnastics. In gymnastics, we demonstrated different ways to travel, balance and jump. Afterwards, we incorporated the apperatus to enhance our routines before performing them in front of our peers.
