What a fantastic week it's been as we've taken time to assess our learning across maths, reading and grammar and punctuation from the entire year! Every single one of you has worked incredibly hard to achieve your best and you should all feel immensely proud of your accomplishments. In maths, we've been diving deep into understanding hundredths as decimals and how they fit onto a place value chart, building a strong foundation for future learning. English brought us a brilliant oracy lesson, where we sharpened our group communication skills, learning to express our ideas effectively and collaboratively. Out on the field, our cricket sessions focused on practical techniques; we honed our skills in using long and short barriers to retrieve the ball and practiced bowling with accuracy. Finally, our creativity shone in art as we crafted stunning 'under the sea' sculptures using recyclable materials. It was wonderful to see how you ingeniously used a range of materials to create your finished pieces, and your ability to communicate ideas effectively while working in pairs was truly impressive. All in all, another truly great week of learning and growth!
