The children have enjoyed learning about transport around the world this week. They have drawn a vehicle and wrote an accompanying sentence.
The children have used construction toys to build vehicles and have made observational drawings.
The children have been junk modelling vehicles.
On Monday, the children helped our classroom teddy Richard with his different emotions. The children gave Richard strategies to help make him happy. We shared our ideas with each other and made suggestions as to how we can make ourselves feel happier when feeling, sad, jealous, or angry.
The children learnt about Valentine’s Day and why it is celebrated.
We would like to wish you all a lovely half term holiday. We hope the weather improves and the sun comes out! Have fun whatever you get up to and we look forward to welcoming the children back for the second part of the spring term.
Please help us by supporting our spring topic by donating compost and plants to make our garden beautiful.
Thank you
